12 days of StreetCar: Car Trials 

September saw the Car Trial season return after it’s summer break, with Maidstone and Mid Kent Motor Club (MMKMC) hosting their famous Brian Lewis Trial. The trial is the last off-road event of the season, and is one that is not to be missed! 

A Car Trial tests the limits of a car alongside a driver’s ability to negotiate the challenging terrain by planning their approach to each section. They can often include climbing steep hills, meaning the key to success lies in ensuring you maintain momentum. To compete in a Car Trial you do not need any specific vehicle modifications. 

If you’re not based in South East England do not fear, there are still plenty of opportunities to get involved in your standard road car, with many StreetCar Clubs offering an array of motorsport events across the UK.
