Club Together – Beverley and District Motor Club

For this month’s Club Together, we review a Club based in Yorkshire, that provides a perfect platform for progression within motorsport. Beverley and District Motor Club illustrated their commitment to growing grassroots motorsport when they signed up to the StreetCar Charter earlier this year. The Club is populated by committee members with extensive rallying experience, which they use to produce expertly run events.

Beverley’s expertise in rallying has been noticed on the national stage as they gear up to host the curtain raiser for the 2025 British Rally Championship. Their wealth of knowledge in hosting rallying events has led them to become a fantastic StreetCar Club, as they continue to bring new competitors into the exciting world of grassroots motorsport.

Throughout their first year as a StreetCar Club, Beverley have welcomed multiple new StreetCar enquiries to the Club, who have continued to progress within the rally discipline. On the 12^th of September the Club hosted a Table Top Rally training event to introduce newcomers to the basics of rally navigation. This event provided the foundations for the StreetCar novices to progress onto their first 12-car rally.

In the space of one month, these budding motorsport enthusiasts have gone from complete novices to regular 12-car competitors. If you’re looking to start a new hobby, or begin your progression story, you’re just one step away!
