The first of its kind StreetCar Disabled Driver Scholarship, concluded on the 11th of May and yielded a total of four winners!

For this month’s Club Together segment, we visit a Club at the very heart of motorsport in the East Midlands. Loughborough Car Club have been part of the StreetCar family from the very beginning and have continued to embody what it means to be a StreetCar Club.

With many rally enthusiasts travelling far and wide to attend this iconic event, it was an event we simply had to attend! On the 27th of April our StreetCar MINI had the pleasure of accompanying De Lacy Motor Club and Ilkley & District Motor Club at the Rally Legends Meet at The Motorist in Leeds.

We are pleased to announce the introduction of the StreetCar Disabled Drivers Scholarship. Motorsport UK, in partnership with Loughborough Car Club and the FIA Sport Grant Programme will launch this initiative on the 11th of May to give a number of Disabled Drivers an opportunity to experience motorsport.

Club Together aims to give a spotlight to our fantastic StreetCar Clubs and all the work they put into welcoming newcomers into our sport. Therefore, we must draw your attention to Bournemouth & District Car Club (BDCC) in the South of England.

After completing his first year of grassroots motorsport, Aiden Medford reflects on a very successful debut season with StreetCar.

StreetCar fosters exhilarating competition across the UK every week, and in some cases, competitors can be separated by a matter of milliseconds!

Liam Brotherhood, a 14 year old AutoSOLO prodigy, has just completed his first year of StreetCar competition and has truly proven that he is a star in the making.

StreetCar not only provides a great entry point for newcomers to get started competing in motorsport, but it can also provide fantastic opportunities for those within the Club Structure.
