The 2024 StreetCar Festival is here!

On the 8^th of September 2024, Motorsport UK will host a first of it’s kind StreetCar Festival at the Motorsport UK HQ in Bicester.

The First Scholarship Run

As the Loughborough Car Club grass Autotest season commenced on the 4th of June, our first StreetCar Disabled Driver Scholarship run of the year took place. The official handover of the Disabled Driver Scholarship Yaris occurred at MotoFest in Coventry to allow Ian Dance to have access to the car for a full season of AutoSOLOs.

Coventry MotoFest

As 200,000 motorsport fanatics travelled to Coventry for the much anticipated MotoFest, a StreetCar event geared up to entertain the masses. On Saturday the 1^st of June, large crowds swarmed to get a glimpse of what they came to discover was a StreetCar AutoSOLO. With the pressure building, the Loughborough Car Club competitors knew they had to put on a show, and they did not disappoint.

A factory for navigators

A prestigious StreetCar Club in the North of England has developed an assembly line for producing some world class navigators. Everyone has to start somewhere, learning and developing the skills it takes to perform on the big stage does not happen overnight. Getting started in navigating is perhaps the easiest way to get involved in StreetCar, read on to see where it could take you.

StreetCar Disabled Driver Scholarship Winners

The first of its kind StreetCar Disabled Driver Scholarship, concluded on the 11^th of May and yielded a total of four winners!

StreetCar at The Motorist

With many rally enthusiasts travelling far and wide to attend this iconic event, it was an event we simply had to attend! On the 27^th of April our StreetCar MINI had the pleasure of accompanying De Lacy Motor Club and Ilkley & District Motor Club at the Rally Legends Meet at The Motorist in Leeds.

StreetCar Disabled Driver Scholarship

We are pleased to announce the introduction of the StreetCar Disabled Driver Scholarship. Motorsport UK, in partnership with Loughborough Car Club and the FIA Sport Grant Programme will launch this initiative on the 11^th of May to give a number of Disabled Drivers an opportunity to experience motorsport.
